Marketify Entry System: frequently asked questions
Clear answers before we discuss your product and target market.
Service and scope
Do I need to use an app?
We do not currently offer self-service access. Our team uses its proprietary software to research, review evidence and prepare the assessment. The scope and delivery format are agreed for each project.
Do you only work between Spain and Canada?
Our deepest experience is in Spain-to-Canada and Canada-to-Spain flows, especially food and beverages. The method can be applied to other countries when suitable product and market data can be gathered and validated.
What does an engagement include?
It may cover opportunity, competitors, economics, requirements, product readiness and distribution partners. Product, country, depth, deliverables, schedule and fees are agreed in writing before work begins.
Do you find importers?
Where agreed, we can research candidates and assess category, channel, geographic and positioning fit. Finding a candidate does not mean they will accept a product or enter an agreement.
Data, evidence and decisions
Do I need an existing market study?
No. Tell us about the product and target market to start a conversation. We then identify the company and product information needed for the assessment.
What if information is missing?
A missing input does not automatically become a poor score. The variable remains pending until there is enough evidence, and we identify what would resolve it.
Does AI decide the result?
AI can help find information. Our team reviews relevant findings, while the methodology applies evaluation rules. Conclusions retain their context and sources.
Does the score guarantee sales or compliance?
No. It supports a decision based on the available inputs, sources, date and agreed scope. It cannot guarantee sales, profit or regulatory approval and does not replace specialist advice where needed.
Working with chambers and associations
Can workshops be tailored to our sector and region?
Yes. The approach, examples, duration, materials and budget are agreed in advance. A workshop does not include individual assessments.
Who contracts and pays for a pilot?
We agree this in writing before work starts: the organisation, companies or another arrangement, with participants, deliverables and timing.
Can companies commission assessments directly?
Yes, when the collaboration agreement permits it. Individual work is quoted separately.
Will the organisation see confidential findings?
Each company receives its own conclusions. Individual findings are shared with the organisation only on an appropriate basis and authorisation; an aggregate summary can be agreed.
Do members need to use the software?
No. Our team uses its own tool and presents the findings in the agreed format.
What does collaboration cost?
Each proposal sets scope, activities, deliverables, timing and budget. We do not publish a generic fee.
First enquiry
What should I include in my first message?
The product, destination country and decision you need to make. Price, channel or a specific concern can help, but you need not send sensitive documents in the first email.
How much does it cost and how long does it take?
That depends on the product, destination, sources and depth of work. After understanding the case, we provide a proposal with scope, deliverables, timing and fees.
The answer for a specific product depends on its category, composition, destination and agreed scope. These general notes do not replace individual regulatory advice.
