Scope
The site describes Marketify Entry System's methodology and potential capabilities. Some features may be in development or require human work. Visiting or emailing does not itself provide an assessment, software access or a contract.
Nature of assessments
An assessment depends on supplied information, available sources, their dates and stated assumptions. AI-assisted research is reviewed; variables without sufficient evidence may remain pending. A score or classification does not guarantee sales, regulatory approval, profitability or market-entry success.
Reports support business decisions but do not replace specialist legal, tax, customs or regulatory advice. The client makes its commercial decision, without removing Marketify's applicable legal or contractual duties.
Engagements
Each engagement must set out product, market, scope, sources, deliverables, review, schedule, fees, confidentiality, data processing and liability in writing. Website descriptions are not automatically included in a project.
Liability limits
To the maximum extent permitted by law and the applicable contract, Marketify is not responsible for decisions based solely on this site's general content, incomplete or inaccurate third-party information, or later market or regulatory changes outside the agreed work. This does not exclude fraud, gross negligence, liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or mandatory user rights.
Applicable law
Applicable law and courts are determined by mandatory rules and any valid written agreement. This page does not reduce non-waivable rights.
