Data and purposes

The institutional form prepares an email in your email application; the website does not transmit or store its fields. We receive the details only after you send the email: name, organisation, role, work email, region and sectors, collaboration format and optional message. We use them to reply and, if requested, prepare a proposal. We do not automatically add contacts to a newsletter. Hosting may process essential technical data such as IP address, time and security logs to deliver and protect the site.

Please do not send trade secrets, sensitive documents or third-party personal data in a first email. A suitable channel and confidentiality terms can be agreed before sharing them.

Legal basis

Responding to a requested proposal may rely on pre-contractual steps requested by you (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), where applicable. Site security and abuse prevention rely on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)). Additional information will be supplied if a project starts.

Retention and recipients

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and manage a potential project, then only for applicable legal periods or to address legal claims. Email and hosting providers may process data under relevant agreements and safeguards; authorities may receive it where legally required. Any international transfers must use legally required safeguards.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction and, where applicable, portability by emailing info@marketify.systems. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es). We may ask for proportionate identity verification before disclosing data.

Changes

This notice will be reviewed if forms, analytics, accounts or new processing are added. An enquiry email is not used for marketing without an appropriate legal basis.
